Time: 8.30am – 12.15pm then the lunch feast is served.

All workshops are hands-on.
Fees: $60 each workshop. You will need a pen & apron.
All notes & recipe sheets are supplied.
Cost includes a free cookbook
& basic spices.
Parking: Available at Myers Centre across the road, $10 all day

Due to popular demand the kofta workshop is back.
Kofta are highly addictive and everyone’s favourite.

Our Indian Ocean creole food has a strong Mauritian
influence and the magic comes from hand-blended
spices. A tempting cuisine with lots of variety.
May: Sun 17 (Traditional Indian Dishes Workshop)
A nice chance to learn traditional Indian dishes you
wished you grew up with.
