Responsibilities:
• Assist with transaction requests and instructions
• Create and maintain various departmental spreadsheets
• General administrative duties including dealing with incoming and outgoing mail and faxes, filing, photocopying, scanning and indexing and reception back-up
• Manage records - physical files and electronic files
