The villa is located in a masterplan village, serene, neat and beautifully designed, including a community swimming pool. Your weekly rent covers all the above and all utilities: water, electricity and unlimited WIFI/NBN. There is a 3-week Security bond and this will be returned in 48 hours if there is no repair or damage to the property after last inspection. Rent is paid fortnightly in advance. Owing of rent is not permitted. A $35 cleaning fee applies when you leave the property permanently. There is a minimum 2 weeks stay. During this period, tenant can leave without notification. Beyond the 2 weeks stay, one week notification is needed if tenant decided to leave or if things did not work well between owner and tenant. A simple private Agreement will need to be signed before the room is taken up.
I have many different nationalities living with me previously and treat all with respect. Criteria: a non-smoker, working full time, someone who is clean and tidy and able to look after themselves. Kindly provide an ID (eg driver licence) & a reference (needed) if you are serious in renting the room. With the Covid19 situation, you will need also to be vaccinated or in the process of getting vaccinated for the sake of the community. Inspection can be best arranged by texting me first (too many scammers online) and I will call you back.
There is another identical room (a bit smaller with a single bed) for $215 if you wish to pay less.
