Roles & Responsibilities:
- Assist new clients with complete transcription work flow (e.g. demonstrate web based transcription system, coordinate format/template requirements, follow up for quality feedback, etc)
- Assist sales team with transcription questions/requirements from prospective clients.
- Assist clients with basic software installations and transcription equipments.
- Co-ordinate with various departments in the organization to ensure that client requirements are efficiently met.
- Recruit and manage a team of MTs and QAs with respect to their productivity and quality.
- Participate and contribute in team meetings/QA-QC calls/other relevant discussions.
- Communicate production concerns/questions effectively with clients.
- Recognize, interpret, and evaluate inconsistencies/discrepancies in transcribed documents and clarify/report them as required.
- Select randomly transcribed or edited reports for review and execute reward/penalty structure for the production team based on the accuracy of the work.
- Transcribe as and when required.
- Plan and implement policies that contribute to the efficiency of the transcription department.
