A Beijing leading interior design and construction company is looking for 1 to 2 foreign graduates in architecture that would like to take on the experience for a minimum 1 year contract in Beijing.
Our company has a broad client base covering commercial, hospitality, industrial sectors, and has been in the market more than 23 years.
Professional and friendly working environment, approx 50 staff with 85% client being foreign enterprises.
Requirements
1. Foreign graduates in Architecture.
2. Excellent conceptual design and graphic skills.
3. Proficiency in AutoCAD, Adobe Creative Suite software packages
4. Open minded and flexible, travel options, and growth options within the company
Package
1. Minimum 1 year contract
2. Second year round trip air fare supplied
3. Bonus per year discretionary
4. 50% of accommodation supplied, full price maximum 5000 RMB per month
5. Full working Z visa supplied
6. Basic medical insurance covered
7. Wage range: 15, 000 – 30, 000 RMB PER MONTH
