Looking for a place that is accessible to public transport & quiet living?
We have a 2 bedroom unit with 1 bathroom. The other room is available on August 8, 2011.. Shared bathroom, kitchen and laundry. The room is unfurnished and you can bring your own furniture such as bed and others if you have any furnitures.. The unit is also partly furnished, so if you want to add your furnitures, we would love too..
ALL UTILITIES are SHARED(electricity, water, gas). We are lovely young couple, tidy, knows how to respect privacy and don't smoke.. We love to have a flatshare who is/are clean, tidy, doesn't smoke, NOT party animal, respects a quiet living and privacy. We also love to cook different dishes and can have a couple of drinks occassionally.. We are looking for young professionals, but STUDENT/s are also WELCOME.. As long as you know how to PAY YOUR RENT ON TIME.. 4 weeks bond $680..

FOR COUPLE = $200
We prefer long stay... minimum stay would be 6 months..
PUBLIC TRANSPORT:
2-3 mins walk to the bus stop going to QUT, CITY, schools...
- can catch a bus every 5 mins.
12 mins walk/ 4 mins drive - Alderley train station
10 mins walk/ 4 mins drive - Newmarket train station
9 mins drive - QUT Kelvin Grove
14 mins drive - CITY and other schools
