Mature, Pensioner Couple, helping to bring up their 2 small grand children need a 3, or 4, bedroom home for long term rental.Have very good references from previous landlords, Estate Agents.Currently living in Bendigo. Victoria.Lease expires early December, so need something before then.(We only returned to Victoria due to death in Family.)We are both very house proud, and keep our rental proerties in a clean and tidy condition.(Lawns Mowed regulary, no rubbish left lying around.)Hubby is very handy able to do maintenance around the house.We are originaly from Queensland, and are missing the warm weather so much, cant wait to get back there.If by any chance you have something coming up any earlier, our land lord here is willing to let us out of the last 3 months of our lease.
We have 1 cat and 1 dog that are always kept outside etc.
